5 Minutes walk to Ashtead Station with direct trains into Epsom, Wimbledon , Clapham Junction, London Victoria, London Bridge and London Waterloo - all within 40 minutes from Ashtead Station

1 hour door-to-door for cycle ride to include Box Hill and part of the Olympic Cycle Track.

Direct Access from campsite to Ashtead Commom for dog walking (dogs - and other pets are very welcome with dog / pet sitting available).

Catering / meals (including BBQ) available upon request.

Local shops including baker, butchers and Tesco Express nearby.
5 minutes from Junction 9 on M25 - Gatwick Airport 20 minutes, London Heathrow 30 minutes.

Several theme parks nearby including Chessington World of Adventures (10 minutes drive), Thorpe Park (20 minutes drive) and Legoland (45 minutes)

Near the North Downs, where there is a well-maintained network of footpaths.

Denbies is Englands largest vineyard and is only a short drive away.

The Royal Horticultural Society's Garden at Wisley is close by - 20 minutes by car. Polseden Lacy is a local favourite for many living in Ashtead.

Bockets Farm Park hosts piglet racing and is a working farm - great for those kids

The city of Guildford has three National Trust properties, including Dapdune Wharf - the centrepiece of the River Wey Navigations.

Hatchlands is set in the 430-acre Repton Park. The 18th century mansion has Adam interiors and a collection of keyboard instruments.

Brooklands Museum is based at the birthplace of British motorsport and aviation. It is home to the first purpose-built motor racing circuit as well as a Wellington bomber and a Concorde

What's it like

Rules

We encourage people to use the campfire but ask for noise to be turned down by 11pm

Pets are very welcome - we have 2 very friendly dogs and 1 cat ourselves

Car can be parked on the street in front of the house and or on the drive is space available.
